Join us for an Ice Bath Social at the local Kava bar outside on the beach bar. Great vibes in an alcohol free environment. Experience a 2.5x increase in dopamine as well as numerous health benefits. Warm up in the sun while enjoying plant based drinks and conscious conversation. Occasionally drop in wellness vendors. Pup friendly!
You can also donate on arrival. Suggested donation is $10. Sign in when you arrive.
J.R. (Jessica) is your host and will walk you through your first plunge. Bring your swimsuit and towel. Happy Hour on drinks 2 to 5pm.
