Join me for a refreshing and invigorating cold plunge experience to welcome in the coziest season. Together, we’ll honor the shift in seasons, welcome balance, and awaken our bodies with the medicine of cold water and community.Cold plunging has become a deeply centering and therapeutic pillar of my life and is something I'd like to share with my community. This event is testing the waters ;) to see if I will create a local group where we can meet regularly for cold plunging medicine.
We’ll begin with a grounding moment together, then move into the plunge. Afterward, we’ll gather fireside with warm tea and set and share intentions for the season ahead. Bring your coziest clothes!
What to Bring:
-Swimsuit or clothing you’re comfortable plunging in
-Warm layers & a towel
-A mug for tea
-Optional: journal and pen
Cost:
$35 (includes tea, a warm snack, education on cold plunging therapy, and support as you get into the chilly waters of O'Brien Creek
Fall is a potent time for balance, release, and renewal and the cold plunge helps us embody these energies—shedding what no longer serves and stepping forward with clarity and vitality.
