Come join us at Balance Yoga & Wellness for a Mobile Cold Plunge & Hot Sauna Experience!The Wake Sauna Experience aims to provide the tools and guidance for you to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone and gain control over their mind and body.
This workshop will run in sessions of two hours per session.
Pre-registration is required for this workshop, space limited.
6 people per session
We will set the stage in our luxury red cedar barrel sauna. We will help you understand the biological mechanisms behind the hot or cold stress responses. With the knowledge of what is happening inside, we will arm you with the techniques that will allow you to push further than you ever thought you could. You will receive support and encouragement, along with the freedom to safely go at your own pace and personal limits. Leverage our evolutionary biological mechanisms to serve your health! It is a true test of grit and survival, and a reminder that you can do the hardest things.
What to expect in this workshop:
Breathwork, Cold Plunge, Hot Sauna, Education, Hot Cocoa & Hot Tea!
We will have mobile changing stations outside and fire pits to keep you warm in between your plunge. Or come inside Balance to get warm and enjoy some hot cocoa or hot tea!
