Join us for a transformative sound therapy experience, surrounded by fire , drums, flute, gong, and many other instruments… where you'll embark on a 90-minute journey of sensory discovery, calming your mind and unlocking theta state. Followed by an invigorating cold plunge into the lake, to boost circulation and restore balance. -This event is 45mins west out of the city limits.
-You’re welcome to warm, wind dried herbal tea and a fire circle after the plunge before departing.

-Please wear something comfortable and easy access to swimwear underneath clothes. They’re changing places, but we will be plunging shortly after meditation.
