Cold Smoking Cheese & Hot Smoking Meat Calling all food lovers who want to learn how to cold-smoke cheese and hot-smoke meat (jerky). The workshop uses handmade terra cotta smokers to demonstrate the different techniques. The workshop includes tasting samples and experimenting with flavor recipes.
This is a food preservation workshop.
