Join Colchester Historeum archives staff as they lead another four-session venture into local history and genealogy starting at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, Oct. 25. Three additional gatherings are planned for 6:30 pm Tuesday, Nov. 4; Tuesday, Nov. 18, and Tuesday, Nov. 25.
Topics include tips to get started, stay on track and where to find resources; births, marriages and deaths; maps from different time periods and how they are useful; census records, directories, deeds, wills, Bibles, taxes, ledgers, business and school records, yearbooks and more!
Attend one session or all four. No registration is required.
All sessions are held in the main floor Patterson Room at the Colchester East Hants Library in Truro.
