This Galentine's edition blends the fun of a cocktail class with an honest conversation about preparing to buy, build, or invest in a home. Expect laughter, learning, and a room full of women navigating similar milestones together.
The Cocktail Class
We’ll start with a Galentine’s-themed cocktail class led by our mixology partner. You'll mix up a drink that’s sweet, girly, festive, and guaranteed to love you back. It's the perfect icebreaker for the night ahead. You’ll taste, shake, pour, and garnish your own cocktail while learning the basics.
The Homeownership Conversation
After cocktails, we’ll transition into a fireside-style conversation led by Lindsee Bowens, owner of The LBD Group.
A Charlotte native and licensed realtor in both North and South Carolina, Lindsee brings expertise across buying, selling, financing, new construction, and navigating the highs and lows of any economic market.
Whether you’re just starting to think about homeownership or actively preparing to make a move, we’ll cover what readiness looks like, how to prepare financially, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Questions are welcomed and practical insight is shared in a way that actually makes sense.
