MASCULINITY PROGRAM FOR BOYSI have developed this program due to public demand after many parents observed the impact I was having with men and the so-called "boychild crisis."
The entire Programme will be delivered in three Cohorts: April, August and December Holidays.
� The first Cohort will focus on building confidence, developing identity, strength and self respect. We will also look at physical health and development. It will end with a hike at Longonot on 12th April for kids who are physically fit.
� The Second Cohort will start with brief presentations and will focus on mental resilience, social skills, self reliance and relationships. We will also cover ethics and critical thinking and end with a fitness challenge.
� The third cohort will start with presentations and look at planning, goal-setting and purpose. We shall close with discipline and personal mastery.
� Thereafter, we shall have a workshop with the parents. Everything the kids learn will be eroded if the parents are unaware and not grounded. I will be joined by counseling psychologists and parenting experts.
NOTE: I will discourage the kids from taking alcohol and drugs so if you have taught them otherwise, that may cause a conflict.
I will not impart any overtly religious messages nor will I discourage religiosity. That's outside the program.
The training will be between 9am and 4pm at Briar Rose Junior School.
From time to time, I will bring in other experts to add variety and enrich the training.
