Should I register using Eventbrite or the COGR Portal?

Individuals from COGR member institutions or ERI Pilot Institutions are encouraged to register by logging into their account in the COGR Portal and registering. This way, your registration will appear in the Portal and you can check on your registration status and retrieve a receipt of payment at any time. However, the Portal does not accept payments using American Express at this time.

You should only register through Eventbrite if:

- You are paying by American Express

- You are registering as a guest invitee (e.g., an association colleague)

When will I get my Zoom links?

Zoom links are sent a few days prior to the meeting start, and again one day and one hour prior to each session. Please check spam/junk, as the links come directly from Zoom. Once the agenda is released, we encourage you to block your calendar for the sessions you want to attend.

Several individuals from my institution are interested in attending this meeting. Is there a group discount available?

Yes, we do offer special pricing for registrations of 5 or more individuals from the same institution. Please register all attendees in a single transaction if possible. The discount can not be applied retroactively. Processing fees may apply for registrants switching from individual registrations to group registrations.
