CognoFlow is a 2-hour group experience in the Quantum Light Room designed to gently awaken your system, release stuck patterns, and elevate your energetic state—so you step into your week renewed and grounded.We begin with guided breathwork to calm the nervous system and open the body as a receptive channel for transformation. This prepares you for a focused 30-45 minute Cognomovement session, where we address energetic blocks, emotional patterns, or specific intentions through the unique somatic and neurological techniques of Cognomovement.
From there, the session flows into a spacious and nourishing energy enhancement experience where you integrate the energy work for the remainder of the 2-hour experience.
Each session is held in a supportive group container where you are guided every step of the way. Whether you’re looking to reset emotionally, shift long-standing patterns, or simply connect more deeply with yourself, CognoFlow offers a powerful and holistic way to align body, mind, and energy.
