About this Event

Coffee, value & sustainability

A morning of interdisciplinary presentations on coffee, value, and sustainability. This event is open to both members of the university and the public, but please RSVP so we know how much coffee and lunch to cater for.


With presentations by:

Prof Jonathan Morris (history) - Global coffee history

Caroline Dunn (sociology & food policy) - Specialty robusta in Indonesia

Dr Sabine Parrish (anthropology) - Consuming coffee in producing nations


The event will be followed by an afternoon coffee tasting session, in collaboration with Long Walk Coffee. Space is limited and reservation is required: please email sabine.parrish AT adbn.ac.uk to reserve your space.


This event will be held at the Crombie Hall Interdisciplinary Lounge.
