COURSE OUTLINE

Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee for Beginners.

This course provides you with current and relevant skills preparing you for or enhancing existing employment in the Hospitality Industry. In this barista course for beginners, you will get hands on training on a commercial coffee machine and grinder.

You will be delivered an introduction to making coffee; selection and grind of coffee beans, dose, tamp and extraction of espresso, monitoring consistent quality of espresso, texturing of milk, organising your coffee station, serving and presenting coffee, machine and grinder cleaning and maintenance.

You will have access to unlimited coffee beans and milk to practice. Small groups per session ensure hands on training at the machine.

LEARNING OUTCOME

High Season short course in coffee training provides you with current and relevant skills in preparing you for employment within the Hospitality industry. Learn the necessary knowledge required to work in cafes and restaurants when ordering, serving, or making coffee. This is a beginner's course with hands-on training in making and presenting coffee.

Present your Eventbrite ticket upon arrival at 9:00 am.

The course is designed for your attendance with 4 hours.

A participation certificate will be provided.

Postponement 5 working days prior. Cancellations are non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for training that has been delivered.
