About this Event
Calling all Gillies, Gilmorians, and coffee lovers! Always wanted to try your hand at pottery? This inclusive, beginner-friendly pottery class is perfect for you!
First, you'll enjoy a 20 minute coffee tasting experience led by Gracenote Coffee. Then, you'll create and decorate your own, one-of-a-kind ceramic mugs to hold your favorite chilly weather drink. With step-by-step guidance from your expert host, you'll learn to hand-build from clay 1-2 coffee mugs or espresso cups and how to add cool surface decoration as well as handles to your clay creations!
Plus, during class, we'll stream one of our favorite winter episodes of Gilmore Girls... The Bracebridge Dinner!
Ticket includes:
- 20 minute coffee tasting
- A free drink from Gracenote to enjoy during class
- 2 hour workshop on pottery basics, how to create - as well as decorate - your own personalized mugs and espresso cups
- Materials to build 1-2 pieces of pottery, firing + glazing of your pieces so they are foodsafe and waterproof, and shipping to you 5-6 weeks after the class.
