The Chadwick - 9:00AMSunday Runday 5 or 9 mile / choose-your-own-distance group run, regular routes include out to Bug Light in SoPo or to the East Prom, then back to the Chadwick for coffee and socializing. The B&B proprietors (aka, Erin & Zack) will have coffee and a pre-made breakfast option (TBD day of, granola, muffin, waffle, or similar) available for purchase after the run.
Common sense protocols: If you're not feeling well, don't attend.
