Join Hannah for this multiday workshop in roasting.
Saturday, we will cup a sample roast, discuss the inherent flavors and plan roasts. Then we will divide into teams to create and execute a roast.
Sunday, we will cup the coffees and discuss how what we did is prevalent in the cup. We will also discuss how to make adjustments to get desired flavors in the coffee.
