What is this event all about?
This pop-up series aims to provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals to access mental health support and resources in an informal, yet supportive setting. It focuses on offering support, education, and a sense of community in a safe and comfortable environment.
So, come on in, grab a cup of coffee, and let's break down the barriers surrounding mental health.
We're all about normalizing conversations that matter, raising awareness, and letting the rhythmic sounds of reggae guide us through these vital discussions.
Date: April 27th, 2025
Time: 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Location: Cafe del Sol, Marquee Plaza
April’s pop-up session will be facilitated by psychotherapist Maria Pla, MSW, LCSW, CSAC.
Maria will be available to talk one-on-one, answer questions etc. She will be providing educational resources, pamphlets, and handouts on various mental health topics as well.
Note- These are NOT therapy sessions. This is an informal space to meet one of our clinicians and ask any questions you may have about mental health, access local resources, and meet others in a safe, welcoming and inclusive space. These talks are free to attend, no need to register (coffee and snacks are available for purchase).
