About this Event
Omakase (n.) - a coursed food or drink experience, curated entirely by the chef. Omakase translates to, "I'll leave it up to you", allowing for full creative flexibility from the chef.
This Coffee Omakase, hosted by Olympia Coffee for its 20th Anniversary Celebration, is curated by our 3 US Coffee Championship competitors: Reyna Callejo, Christian Ortega, and Richelle Taylor. Each course contains the same coffee, prepared in familiar and innovative ways to excite your palate.
Omakase embraces the essence of the ephemeral nature of coffee: this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience of this coffee, never to be repeated again. This experience contains 5 courses, served at a leisurely pace in 4 intimate, 6-person seatings. Each seating will run approximately 1.5 hours and will only begin when all guests are present, so please be punctual.
