Learn how to taste chocolate & coffee in our interactive pairings class! Enjoy a variety of chocolates alongside local coffee & pastries.About this Event
Start your weekend off with a deliciously stimulating hour of chocolate, coffee, and conversation. Together we'll taste 3-5 different single origin coffees, sourced from a local coffee roaster, paired along with our single-origin dark chocolates. You'll learn about key flavor profiles of coffee and chocolate, how to maximize the sensory experience of chocolate and coffee, and how to interpret aromas, textures and flavors. Coffee and chocolate will be enjoyed alongside complimentary local pastries.
Class is approximately 1 hour long
Class Policies:
- Children: Due to the nature of our classes, children under the age of 12 are NOT allowed. Children under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
- What to wear: Please wear close toes shoes and long pants. Hair nets and aprons will be provided. Please bring a hair-tie to tie back hair. This class can get messy, so dress accordingly.
