Come for Coffee and Networking at Root North Shore's HarborPoint event space! Start your day with our Coffee Connection, enjoy the spectacular views of Salem Harbor and the delicious culinary creations of the Root North Shore students in the kitchen. There is an entrance and parking available at the back of Shetland Park Build #2, close to the event space. Root’s mission is to help young adults create a pathway to independence through foodservice training and employment. By developing essential life and work readiness skills, youth leave Root prepared for success in the workplace. Each week, Root youth employees produce 700+ meals for seniors, families, and children experiencing food insecurity and for clients served by Lifebridge, Salem Pantry, Beverly Bootstraps, and many more North Shore agencies.
