Workshop Duration: 1 hour
Workshop Fee: CAD 30 (comes with two coffee tokens CAD 7.5)
Objectives: At any ages, Yoga relaxes the mind the body. Great for everyone with a good yoga start!
A full body warm up to prepare the body for the postures and to bring energy into the whole body.
A variety of poses with modifications for beginners / advanced will be given.
Workshop Content:
- Gentle yoga for all levels
- gentle yoga sequence that anyone can do
- 60 minutes full body stretching
Things you will need to bring:
- Your own yoga mat
- 2 yoga blocks
