It sneaks up on all of us, doesn’t it? One day you’re helping your kids move out or finally retiring, and the next you’re realizing there’s a whole new stage of life to figure out. That’s exactly what these mornings are for.
Join us for an easy, judgment-free hour over coffee with a seasoned geriatric care manager and social worker, Cindy LaCour, LCSW, who understands the real-world challenges and emotions that come with getting older. She’ll guide the discussion and help keep the conversation supportive, practical, and accessible.
No slides. No agenda. Just conversation — about whatever’s on your mind. Ask questions, share stories, or simply sit back and listen. Come once or come every month. However you show up, you’ll always be welcome.
