During this gathering, Kathy Posey, a founder of M-COPE (Montgomery County Overdose Prevention Endeavor) and Paige Butler, Board Member of M-COPE share the story of how M-COPE was formed and discuss its mission to combat the growing drug crisis in Montgomery County.
