The objective is to introduce you all the round-about coffee. It is also a fun class for anyone who is interested in a hands on coffee making experience!
We will be covering the following:
- Coffee history, theory, and essential information
- Difference between Arabica and Robusta
- The process from farm to cup
- How to taste and grade coffee (Coffee cupping)
- Home brew method
- Recipe demo
