This presentation and Workshop will focus on helping participants understand and lean into their strengths, talents and abilities. Understand how to build influence and have a confident conversation about what you bring to the table as a professional candidate, consultant, or start-up entrepreneur.
We will go through the phases of understanding self, and using the knowledge of self to craft a great branding statement about your skills and what impact you have as a professional.
We will practice the Opportunity - Solution- Result - Impact (OSRI) model of acing interviews and job prospect conversations. Review resume dos and don’ts and understand what a solid “tell me about yourself” story looks like.
We will also discuss how to network and identify relationships that will enhance your professional experience in a hybrid work culture.
At the end of this session - you will be able to give a confident elevator speech, present yourself and interview with confidence, learn how to maintain/navigate work and business relationships successfully.
