About this Event
, hosted by DigitalOcean, is a month-long celebration of open-source software. During this event, you can contribute by addressing issues, fixing bugs, or updating documentation. Register any time from September 23 to October 31. You can submit pull or merge requests to any participating project on GitHub or GitLab that has the “hacktoberfest” label. To earn rewards, aim to submit four high-quality pull or merge requests between October 1 and October 31, ensuring they are accepted by project maintainers. Upon registration, you'll receive a digital badge, which you can level up with each accepted pull or merge request during Hacktoberfest.

CODE JAM
Come code with us on October 10 and ! Code Jam is a friendly and supportive environment for you to develop your technical skills and work on your open source contributions for Hacktoberfest. Meet us at The Collective Food Hall @ CODA to grab some food, then work on your open source contributions or learn that new language, hack on a side project, or whatever you’re currently working on.

Parking
Get easy access to parking. Accessible parking is available in our underground Coda Parking Deck located on 4th Street NE between West Peachtree St and Spring St. When you eat at The Collective, they'll validate your parking for up to two hours (make sure to ask for validation when you purchase your food).
