We repeat the success one last time while we still have summer.Concept is simple. The participants make the event. Bring your own workshops, performances, experiments and games. There's plenty of places for tents and hammocks, so you can stay the entire weekend.
The weekend is FREE and open to everyone, but we appreciate donations. Either through Vipps (95 45 22 36, Ole Kristian Ouff) or bank account 9680.18.42655
If you want to contribute in any way, just make a post in this event. Set a date, time and location if you want to.
You can also host workshops inside a lavvo we have, or outside if weather permits.
Feel free to send me a personal message if you have questions, but remember, you own the space just as much as I do 😉
📜 We abide by these 3 principles:
1. Be present.
We are creating a space for connection, creativity, and presence. To make this space safe and accessible for everyone, the weekend is substance-free. You may enjoy a beer or two in social settings, but do not come intoxicated to workshops or gatherings. Respect the space we are creating together.
2. Take responsibility for yourself, care for others.
This is a space for self-expression, challenging norms, breaking taboos, and playing with the unknown. But this freedom comes with responsibility. You are responsible for what you bring to the community. Set boundaries, listen to your needs, and create space for others to do the same.
3. Take ownership.
The community is yours. It’s your playground, your workshop, your stage. Make your mark on it. Share what you have. Experiment, improvise, be creative, be bold, take risks.
🧳 Bring:
*A tent or hammock if you want to sleep in the forest around Dale.
*Food for yourself. There will be a shared breakfast each morning, and possibly other communal meals – depending on participant initiatives. A cooler and microwave are available inside The Rabbit Hole. We're trying to get a fridge. There are fire pits down by the beach.
*Warm clothes. The weather on the west coast is unpredictable.

Saturday:
guided jam - Jonathan Hall, 14:00, The Rabbit Hole
Starts with a beat, then chords, then vocalizing and lyrics. Contribute with an instrument or your voice. Bring an instrument if you have!
Intuitive dance - Weronika Slezak, 16:00, The Sacred Tree (if weather permits)
During this workshop, Weronika - a yoga and movement teacher with over 10 years of experience - will guide you through connecting with your body, rhythm, and the music. You’ll be invited to ground yourself, find your own expression, and move freely.
Lecture on Hessdalen Lights - Fred Pallesen, 18:00, The Rabbit Hole
THIS WILL BE FILMED. Weird lights phenomenon show up in the sky in Hessdalen, Norway. Scientists don't know why. in 1983 Project Hessdalen was established to study the phenomena. They're organizing a field trip to Hessdalen in early September. CEO Fred Pallesen is coming to the Rabbit Hole to talk about the phenomenon. He's also a member of the Rogaland UFO club and International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research.
Sunday:

A small ceremony to integrate what we've learned this weekend.
Madhatter tea party - Ole Ouff, 14:00, The buss stop
We'll be serving tea and snacks to people waiting for the buss. We'll hopefully reach out to some new people.

When the mental asylum at Dale was shut down, the crazies needed a new place to be, so they created The Rabbit Hole! A 50kvm cocreated space at Dale, Sandnes. Here members can host whatever their hearts desire. Meditations, theme-parties, workshops, kink, performances, movies.
