Celebrate Dry January with Cocktails with Kyle: Dry January Edition, an immersive mocktail experience hosted in the Club Room at Napa Valley Distillery.
In this interactive class, Beverage Director Kyle Peete will guide you through the creation of three handcrafted mocktails, focusing on balance, texture, and creative flavor-building. You’ll learn professional techniques for crafting spirit-free cocktails that are just as complex, beautiful, and satisfying as their spirited counterparts—no prior experience required.
For those who prefer to add a little kick, optional spirits will be available so you can customize your drinks to your taste.
You’ll leave with new skills, insider tips, and printed recipes so you can recreate each drink at home.

With over 16 years of experience, Kyle has led beverage programs coast to coast—from the iconic Aviary and The Office in Chicago to his own cocktail lounge in Santa Barbara. Now serving as Creative Director at Napa Valley Distillery, Kyle brings passion, precision, and creativity to every glass—spirited or spirit-free.
