A curated social experiment by Hexi, designed to connect guests through shared rituals— mixing, tasting, and conversation. Attendance implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
- Guests must be 25 years or older to participate.
- A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
- RSVP is mandatory; entry without a confirmed RSVP may be denied due to limited capacity.
Event Participation
- Each ticket includes one complimentary cocktail and participation in the shared cocktail or mocktail-making activity.
- Pairings or group assignments are based on your RSVP bio and preferences submitted prior to the event.
- By participating, you agree to engage respectfully and uphold a safe, inclusive environment for all guests.
- A $25 admission fee will be collected at the door. Your first drink’s on us.
Conduct & Safety
- HEXI reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.
- Consent is mandatory — both in conversation and physical interaction.
- Intoxicated guests may be refused service at the discretion of event organizers.
- This event promotes mindful social connection; please drink responsibly.
Photography & Media
- By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for Hexi promotional use, including social media, website, and press materials.
- If you wish not to be photographed, please inform staff upon arrival.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Hexi.
- In case of postponement, your RSVP will automatically transfer to the new date.
- Substitutions are not permitted without prior approval.
Liability Waiver
By attending, you release HEXI at The Deco Building, its partners, and affiliates from any liability related to:
- Personal injury, loss, or property damage occurring during the event.
- Reactions to food, beverages, or ingredients provided.
- Interpersonal interactions or connections made during or after the event.
Privacy & Data
- RSVP information and bios are collected solely for matchmaking and event coordination purposes.
- Your data will not be shared externally without consent.
Amendments
Hexi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Updates will be communicated via event registration channels.
