The Frederick Arts Council is holding a fall fundraiser to support arts programming throughout the County. Cocktails & Carousels will feature performing musicians, a live auction of refurbished carousel horses, asilent auction of select carousel related artwork, light food and beverages, and connecting with the local creative community. Join us in celebrating the arts in Frederick!
