Join us in the backroom at Ernest for an evening of cocktail tasting led by Chris and Becca from Hummingbird Cocktails.
Hummingbird Drinks was founded by Chris and Becca Green. Initially set up as a pop up cocktail business, things grew rapidly which saw them shift their focus onto ready to drink cocktails. With their cocktails now stocked all across the UK, Hummingbird brings bar quality, bar strength cocktails into the home and allows you to try award winning cocktails wherever you see fit. Alongside the cocktail business, the guys form Hummingbird teamed up with Northumberland Coffee to bring you Grounded, a cold brew coffee liqueur with an emphasis on the coffee and not on the sugar!
You can expect to try a range of the cocktails as well as Grounded. Chris and Becca will talk you through the reasoning behind the cocktails, give a demonstration on how to prepare them and why Grounded came to be! If you’re driving, don’t worry, your cocktails will be available to take away in their bottles!

There will be paired nibbles from the Ernest kitchen throughout the event.
Your ticket price includes all drinks & nibbles throughout the event.
During the event there will be an opportunity to visit the bottleshop in Ernie and buy anything you enjoyed to take away with you.
