Dive deep into history and cocktail theory with Manifest’s first cocktail masterclass series. For the novice and advanced bartender alike, join Ben Golden, the manager of Manifest’s ‘The Cocktail Room’ to gain a deeper understanding of how and why the cocktail works. Rather than just learning how to make a single cocktail, we want to give you the keys to make and create infinite variations.Pick and choose from six classes to learn about the styles that interest you most, or embark on a journey of mastering all six. Each class is approximately two hours and includes two full cocktails: the first a standard recipe and the second created and developed entirely by you. Virtually interact with your class in the weeks following with notes and information to hone your understanding; and finally finish each month with a little friendly competition by submitting your own cocktail recipes.
All bar tools and ingredients provided. Sign up for the series to participate in an advanced cocktail workshop that focuses on creativity in flavor and innovation of ingredients.
