The class will cover the seven fundamental cocktails that form the foundation for many others, including the Old Fashioned, Manhattan/Martini, Negroni/Step Ladder, Sour, Daisy, French 75, and Collins. Participants will have the option to craft one of these classics and then choose from a small selection of our signature house cocktails, such as The Hayes Gold Rush, Aperol Spritzer, Cucumber Gimlet, or Sour Snake.
