The cocktail class will teach you how to make the perfect Mint Julep & the technique of crushing ice. You will also get a tasting flight of Big Spring Spirits whiskey line.

After that - you will learn how to play Breakneck Derby - a fast-paced card driven horse racing game for 1 to 10 players. Thoroughbreds race around the track based on cards played into a five-card Bonus Hand.
