You’ll learn to craft three Restless Spirits takes on classic cocktails: the Burlington (our bold twist on a Boulevardier with Gullytown 4-Year American Single Malt), the floral and citrusy Eitleoireacht (an Aviation made with Builders Barrel Finished Gin), and our signature Restless Old Fashioned featuring Stone Breaker Whiskey.
