Since Ancient times, women have sat in circle, sacred spaces where stories are shared, healing is nurtured, and sisterhood is celebrated. Cockatoo Dreaming Women’s Circle, lovingly held by Lynda Millin Osborne, a proud Western Bundjalung Woman on the Clarence River in NSW, continues this timeless tradition with heart, depth and spirit.
For over five years, a diverse community of women of all ages, cultures and walks of life have been gathering in this circle. Each woman brings her own unique story, strength and wisdom, creating a rich tapestry of shared experience. What unites us is the inner call for healing ourselves, the planet and our collective. A call for growth, connection and a life lived with authenticity.
Lynda Milin, founder of Cockatoo Dreaming walks in a cultural way, is an intuitive guide, educator and storyteller. Her work is grounded in Indigenous knowledge and the power of spoken word, music, movement and humour. Through her facilitation, women are invited to return to themselves, to one another and to something greater.
Each circle is a sacred journey, a space where you are seen, heard and held. Together, we engage in• deep self-enquiry and soulful reflection• guided meditations and intuitive movement• storytelling, music and shared silence• empowering connection and heartfelt sharing
This is a space for healing, for grieving, for laughing, for growing. A place to rebuild self-love, awaken purpose and cultivate belonging in your own body, your relationships and your wider community.
Women’s circles are more than just gatherings. They’re powerhouses of transformation. In our circle, we honour ancient traditions while creating new ones, walking alongside each other with courage and care.
