About this Event
NOTE: This is a 3-week ongoing program! Registering for this event means you will attend all four weeks.
Children will engage in movement-based mindfulness activities and games. Children will have the opportunity to learn more about the benefits movement has on our minds and bodies, all while having fun outdoors!
No experience necessary. Please send your child with a water bottle and wearing comfortable clothes that they can move in and get messy. All other supplies and snacks will be provided. For your child’s safety, if they have dietary restrictions, please send along their own snacks.
This program is delivered by MHCB Stepping Stones to Mental Health and Rocky View School Division.
