Enjoy an afternoon of intentional presence and soul led movement with the medicine of cacao. While cacao naturally opens our heart receptors to align with our higher consciousness, it also triggers the bliss state in our mind to gain clarity toward our desires and feel connected to all layers of our being. As we move through breath work, gentle yoga, journaling and meditation, the cacao aids us deepen our practice while softening into our emotional flow and radiating our spiritual existence.
