Cobwebber Broom Workshop
In this workshop, participants will learn the process of making a cobwebber-style broom that they will then take home. Broommaking is a practice steeped in tradition, and each broom you create is functional!
During the workshop, you will:
- Create a cobwebber-style broom from start to finish
- Learn tips and techniques for choosing the correct binging, attaching the broomcorn, and different handle considerations.
All tools and materials are provided. The workshop is suitable for mature young people and adults. The class is physical and will require the use of your whole body.
