About this Event
Join UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County for a class about coastal native plants in Southwest Florida. Attendees will 1) learn about the ecological importance of native plant species, 2) how to select native plant species for your yard, and 3) will participate in a native plant planting volunteer event.

Please bring a reusable water bottle, wear proper clothes for outdoor work, plus a hat and sunglasses. We will have reusable gloves available and other materials needed for the planting of native plants.
