About this Event

Coastal Camp is a nature day camp for ages 10-12 from July 7-11, 2025. Camp meets Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary in Irvine. Camp includes one off-site day trip to Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve in Huntington Beach (parents provide transportation). Campers will learn about the different types of shorebirds, their identification, and ways to protect them. During the week, children will take daily walks, keep a nature journal, create nature art, and learn fun bird facts taught by enthusiastic and experienced Audubon Naturalists. Fee is $275 Regular Price and $250 for Audubon Members (Promo Code: Member).
