Coaching - Skills for confident conversations

This is a 3 day training course. The dates for each session are the 5th, 12th and 19th November.

This practical course introduces the core principles of effective coaching, including key models, ethical boundaries, and foundational communication techniques.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in structuring coaching conversations, building trust, and supporting others to think and act more independently.

By the end of the course, you’ll have developed a personal coaching action plan tailored to your current responsibilities—equipping you to lead with clarity, curiosity, and impact.
