Joël McLean
Committed as a leader to education stakeholders around the world, Joël plays an active role in the growth and development of leadership. His career began as a science and chemistry teacher in 1997, and since 2006, he has served as a school principal. Joël is committed to growth and excellence at all levels. He is the founder of Inspire Leadership Coaching (Keynote speaker, consultant and leadership coach), and the host of 2 leadership podcasts (Inspire Leadership Podcast and This Is Leadership Podcast).

Gilles Séguin
Gilles has 30 years of Sales and Management experience. He has been Coaching 1st & 2nd year University students for the last 3 years. Coaching helps you stay focused on the things that matter. The focus is on mindset, time management & execution. Coaching is most important during transition. For me, it’s about maximizing one’s true potential.
I have undertaken advanced studies in this field to achieve official certification and accreditation. Gilles lives in Sudbury, Ontario with his wife Debbie, son Dillon and daughters Abbey and Ellie.
