About this Event
Coaching Conversations are about active listening and powerful questions, they are an intentional space to support someone to move towards a goal or find greater clarity. We believe that sharing these tools can help us all to have better conversations. We also believe that it is really powerful when people find their own solutions to situations. We will explore some basic coaching principles, understand what coaching is and what it isn't - and we will give it a go. This is a learning space - so if you have never done any coaching or if you would like a refresher, you're really welcome.
