This is going to be a coaches community workout! It is open to all coaches who currently have a CrossFit credential (CF-L1 - CF-L4). The entry fee is $30 and 100% of the money we collect will go to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington, Manassas Branch.
We will be having a potluck after (maybe a protein shake recipe swap 🤣) so please plan to stick around and hang out for a little after the workout.
