Jara Dekker: Illuminating & Redefining the Stories That Shape Us

Jara is a transformational coach and co-founder of the Logos Assessment, with a deep expertise in emotional intelligence and human behavior. Starting her entrepreneurial journey at 21, she successfully ran a business generating over half a million dollars in annual revenue. Her career then went through a number of trtransitioned from corporate project management at ABN AMRO to working with small businesses, where she honed her skills in understanding team dynamics and human potential.

During the pandemic, Jara’s passion for coaching led her to study with the Human Potential Institute, where she realized that true success goes beyond systems and strategies—it’s about connecting with one’s inner emotional world. This insight led her to co-create the Logos Assessment, a comprehensive tool that explores the full spectrum of human personality.

Specializing in how emotions impact every aspect of life, Jara is dedicated to helping individuals feel deeply seen and understood, clearing the path to their goals and fulfillment.
