On September 9, 2025 at 6:30pm, the Clifton Board of Education will dedicate the track at Clifton High School Stadium to Coach John Pontes.As one of the most decorated Cross Country and Track & Field coaches in state history, this dedication is so well deserved. After more than 40 years at the helm of the CHS XC and Track & Field programs, we know that there are so many of us that would love to be a part of this incredible day. Let's show Coach and the City how proud we are of this moment.
Please join us at the Clifton High School Stadium on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 6:30pm.
We will have a get together at Danaher's Pub, immediately following the event for all alumni, family and friends.
