COA Meal – Wednesday, November 19VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for our November Meal for Christian Outreach in Action.
We are in need of cooks for this month’s meal! November 17 will be here quickly! A sign-up sheet for cooking, and/or serving at COA is available in Fellowship Hall.
You can find this month’s recipe on our website, or pick up a copy in the Fellowship Hall.
We want to thank all the people of Bay Shore Church who have so generously given their time and energy to keep our partnership with COA alive and well. Every month we depend on our parishioners to prepare the main entrée and desserts for the meal. Others have given their time in the kitchen to warm up the already-made entrées and load up other supplies for transport to COA in downtown Long Beach. We love seeing new faces show up to serve the meal at the COA location. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve others through our faith and share the experience with fellow Bay Shore Church members. It is heart-warming to see the smiles of people who benefit from our service and show their gratitude as well.
