Crystal Alchemy Bowls: Experience the healing vibrations and frequencies of the crystal alchemy bowls, which will help you relax and open your mind to new possibilities.
Journaling: Bring your journal to write reflections on the past year and set clear, intentional goals for the new year.
Guided Meditation: A guided meditation will lead you through the process of releasing old patterns and embracing new beginnings.
Reiki-Infused Healing: Enjoy the added benefits of Reiki energy, infused into the sound bath to promote deeper healing and balance.

During the sound bath, the vibrations from the crystal alchemy bowls will help align your energy with your intentions, making it easier to manifest your desires. The combination of sound healing and Reiki will enhance your ability to visualise and attract what you want in the new year. Sound healing helps to clear energetic blockages, while Reiki infuses your intentions with universal life force energy, amplifying your manifestation efforts.

I am a Reiki master and in this Sound Bath will be combining Reiki with the resonant vibrations of sound healing using the crystal alchemy bowls to deepen your meditative state. Reiki is a beautiful powerful form of energy work that promotes relaxation and well-being. In this session we will be using Reiki energy to release and unblock any energy that is not your energy to hold in 2026.
