About this Event
Spirituality means different things to different people. For some, it’s the practice of participating in a religious tradition. For others, it’s about experiences that help them get in touch with their spiritual selves through reflection, time in nature, or other practices.
According to Psychology Today, having a spiritual practice is correlated with better physical and mental health, increased compassion, strengthen relationships, and improved self-esteem.
Join Co-Co Wellness Group facilitator Kelly Falcone in a round table discussion about spirituality as we head into the winter holiday season.
