About the host: CNTRL_SHIFT is facilitated by Azul Paixão (they/them). Azul is a queer, latinx artist and community organizer from Toronto, Canada. They express themselves through writing and performing, creative workshops, heart centred events and more. They are the founder of Live Out Loud, a creative self care space for queer folks to cultivate radical joy and creative expression in community as well as the Mustard Seed Collective--a collective of queer BIPOC creatives.
